Varun Dhawan to do No 1 series with dad and brother
Varun Dhawan, along with family members, father David Dhawan and brother Rohit Dhawan, will start making series of films which will be tagged ‘No 1’, under their new production house
Varun Dhawan is all set to revive the ‘No 1’ series, which was earlier helmed by father David Dhawan in association with another Bollywood actor, Govinda. As it runs in the family, Varun, his brother Rohit Dhawan and dad David Dhawan will join force to launch their production house whose maiden film will be a ‘No 1’ series project. As one of the most sought-after stars, Varun will be the face of this film which will be an action-comedy. The film is scheduled to go on the floors in 2019. Varun is currently busy shooting for the multi-starrer ‘Kalank’, post which he is set to start filming for Remo D’Souza’s dance film with Katrina Kaif. Another Bollywood film starring Varun Dhawan in the form of costume drama ‘Rannbhoomi’, is also scheduled for next year. So apart from his new production house which will make films on the lines of the ‘No 1’ tag, Varun has his hands full with other Bollywood films as well.
