After keep on shifting its release date, the buzz is that ‘Sarkar 3’ may not hit the screens even on the last finalised date of May 12 to avoid clash with ‘Jagga Jasoos’
Ram Gopal Varma’s dark trailer of ‘Sarkar 3’ managed to raise curiosity among moviegoers. But it seems like everyone is now in for a disappointment. Starring Amitabh Bachchan, ‘Sarkar 3’ was to release on March 17 and was later shifted to April 7. Speculations were that that a few parts of the film were reshot by director Ram Gopal Varma and patchwork was also done. But the officials at Eros, which is producing the movie, announced that because of the delay in post-production the film is further shifted to May 12. The woes not ending here, the shifting of release date still goes on. Trade buzz now suggests that this political saga, titled ‘Sarkar 3’, may not release on May 12 either! ‘Jagaa Jasoos’, another film forever in waiting, is aiming to hit the screens on the same date. Hence it remains to be seen whether both the movies will stick to their dates or ‘Sarkar 3’ will change its release date once again.
