‘Sultan’ Salman Khan has been announced as the Goodwill Ambassador for the Indian contingent at Rio Olympic Games 2016 aka Games of the XXXI Olympiad. Popularly known as Rio 2016, the Olympic Games are set to begin on August 5 and end on August 21. The official announcement on Bollywood celeb Salman Khan representing India on the international platform as its Goodwill Ambassador will take place in Delhi soon. Reportedly, the announcement of Salman being the Goodwill Ambassador will be made in the presence of sport stars like MC Mary Kom, Sardar Singh, Ritu Rani and Deepika Kumari among others.
The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor has been closely associated with sports. Salman Khan is often spotted enjoying a game of Kabaddi and at times also indulges in playing football. Salman Khan’s upcoming film is also sports based one as he plays the role of a wrestler. The actor looks tough in the first look of ‘Sultan’ as he has beefed up a lot for this Ali Abbas Zafar film. Before his stint at the Rio Olympic Games 2016 as the Goodwill Ambassador for Indian contingent, celeb and cinema star Salman Khan’s sports drama ‘Sultan’ will hit the Bollywood screens in July this year.
