Salman Khan provided a big debut platform to Sooraj Pancholi with ‘Hero’ in 2015, but the hero of the Bollywood film failed to connect with the audiences. Two years after his debut, this son of Aditya Pancholi has finally signed another Bollywood film. Directed by Prabhu Dheva, Sooraj Pancholi will feature in a remake of a Southern film, which will be an action comedy, and Sooraj is expected to step into the humour zone. Bhushan Kumar, head honcho of T-Series, will be producing this project, shooting of which begins in September.

Sooraj Pancholi has been considering many scripts, one of which is a dance-action film directed by Remo D’Souza, co-starring Ajay Devgn. However, there has been no progress on this project’s shoot as Remo is busy with Salman Khan’s film, whereas Ajay has been shooting for ‘Baadshaho’. So in all probability, Prabhu Dheva’s project will be the next one for Sooraj.
