Sonu Sood looks at huge China market for Bollywood
After a crossover with ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ starring Chinese celebrity star Jackie Chan, Sonu Sood feels that doing such films will open up a huge market for Bollywood in other international territories
Sonu Sood is making a big international move with his next biggie ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, starring Chinese actor Jackie Chan. The Bollywood actor is hopeful that such opportunities will bring in more work. Sonu Sood says, “China is a huge market and it is great that Indian actors are a part of these films. When they do well, there will be new avenues that will open for us. I am waiting to learn my lessons.” ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ will release on Chinese New Year, falling on January 28, and clash with several films in the international entertainment market. Speaking about the Box Office clash, Sonu opines, “A film will run only on the merit of how good the content is. Even if a movie has a solo release and if it is not good then it will not work.”
