The ‘Dhoom’ franchise continues to get bigger and bigger with each new film. Rumours were rife that Salman Khan was to play the lead role in the fourth film of the series titled ‘Dhoom Reloaded’, after Aamir Khan’s grey shade character in ‘Dhoom 3’. However, going by Salman Khan’s long list of Bollywood movies, this celeb of the cinema world may get replaced by another Khan, Shah Rukh Khan. Salman is shooting for ‘Tubelight’, and has also lined up ‘Dabangg 3’ and Atul Agnihorti produced next, which was to be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi but was later on dropped as a director.
‘Dhoom Reloaded’ can also wait because Salman Khan even has a film with Sooraj Barjatya, and not to forget the much popular TV show ‘Bigg Boss 10’. Hence the buzz is that that Yash Raj Films has now approached Shah Rukh Khan to play the baddie in ‘Dhoom Reloaded’, replacing Salman Khan. Having played a villain in popular franchise ‘Don’, it remains to be seen if SRK will take up ‘Dhoom Reloaded or not.
