Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha-starrer ‘Dabangg’ clocked in eight years and the lead pair announced that their third film in the action franchise, ‘Dabangg 3’, will hit the screens next year. “Thank you for all the appreciation and love, from Rajjo and Chulbul Pandey. See you in ‘Dabangg 3’ next year,” shared Salman Khan. The film is expected to go on the floors early next year, after Salman wraps up his Eid 2019 release ‘Bharat’ and reality show ‘Bigg Boss 12’. After Abhinav Kashyap directed the first part in 2010 and Arbaaz Khan took over the directorial reins for the 2012 sequel ‘Dabangg 2’, Prabhu Dheva has now been roped in to call the shots for the third part, ‘Dabangg 3’.
Apart from Sonakshi, Mouni Roy will be seen in ‘Dabangg 3’ when it releases in 2019. In a big break which she has got in Bollywood, Mouni will play the character of Salman Khan’s long lost love in the 15-20 minutes cameo in ‘Dabangg 3’.
