Since Salman Khan had missed the much celebrated Ganesh Festival last year, the star is back in Mumbai just in time to be a part of the Ganpati festivities this year
Salman Khan has taken a break from the shooting of Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and has returned home to welcome Lord Ganesha. While last year Salman missed the much celebrated festival, owing to his shoot of ‘Tubelight’, this time the star promptly returned to Mumbai late last night. Buzz is that the Khan family is planning to welcome Ganpati at Arpita Khan Sharma’s Bandra residence, instead of their own home at Galaxy Apartments as is the norm each year. Every year the Khan family brings home eco-friendly Ganesh idol and several Bollywood stars drop in to seek blessings of Ganpati Bappa, as He is fondly called. Once done with the Ganpati celebrations, Salman Khan will be flying back to Abu Dhabi to complete his ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ shoot with Katrina Kaif.
