Priyanka Chopra shifts wedding venue last minute

Priyanka Chopra is busy taking care of her wedding functions and preparing for marriage with Nick Jonas, and the actress seems to have taken a last-minute decision to change the ceremony destination amidst all the chaos. The Desi Girl had booked the Mehrangarh Fort for her sangeet and other wedding ceremonies, but all of it have been now shifted to Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan, India. Umaid Bhawan Palace is a five-star heritage hotel in town. Reports suggest that Priyanka Chopra was unable to get enough security as some of the VIP guests and celebrities were to travel from Umaid Bhawan to Mehrangarh Fort for the ceremonies. Hence she decided to drop the earlier location altogether from her wedding celebrations. Now all the marriage rituals will take place at the palatial Umaid Bhawan.

To marry Priyanka, groom Nick Jonas has arrived in Mumbai with his brother Joe Jonas and Joe’s fiancée Sophie Turner of ‘Game of Thrones’ fame. As pre-marriage celebrations, Priyanka partied with the Jonas family in Mumbai on Monday night. The actress was accompanied by Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra, Mushtaq Sheikh, Priyanka’s brother Siddharth Chopra and others. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ big-fat Punjabi wedding is scheduled on December 2, followed with a Christian wedding on December 3.
