After clicking selfies and posting them on her social media account, which attracted the wrath of people, Priyanka Chopra deleted her pictures and posts of the Holocaust Memorial from her ID

After being slammed on multiple social media platforms for her dress choice and sitting position during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin, Priyanka Chopra has found herself amidst yet another controversy this morning. Priyanka Chopra was in Berlin to promote her Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch’ and visited the Holocaust Memorial with brother Siddharth Chopra. The actress shared selfies from the memorial on her social media account and faced huge uproar from the Twitterati, who tagged Priyanka Chopra’s act as disrespectful and insensitive. Seeing the social media upheaval, Priyanka was quick to delete the controversial selfies and posts from her ID.

What is Holocaust Memorial?

Holocaust Memorial is a site in the memory of the Murdered Jews of Europe and consists of 2,711 concrete slabs that resemble coffins in Berlin, Germany. It was inaugurated and made open to the public in May 2005. Priyanka Chopra, along with brother Siddharth Chopra, visited the memorial during her stay in Berlin.
