Kangana Ranaut will release 20-feet poster of her upcoming Bollywood film ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ in Varanasi

Kangana Ranaut’s controversial upcoming film ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ is set to go on the floors without director Ketan Mehta. Buzz is that Kangana Ranaut will kick off the film by unveiling a 20-feet poster of the Bollywood movie at the Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi on May 4. Kangana will reportedly perform the Ganga aarti with the film’s team, after unveiling the poster. Kangana and team have planned to present the first poster of ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ in Varanasi as that is believed to be the birth place of Lakshmibai, on whom the film is based. With Ketan Mehta no longer a part of the film, southern filmmaker Krish will direct Kangana who plays the lead. This heroic drama ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ will talk about ‘Jhansi ki rani’, or the queen of Jhansi, with dialogues and lyrics by Prasoon Joshi.
