Kangana Ranaut has put to use her scriptwriting course in a highly professional level, which she did in New York, in her upcoming film ‘Simran’. Kangana Ranaut has co-written the script of ‘Simran’ with Apurva Asrani and the duo will share the credit for this film. In the past, Kangana has contributed for a few scenes and dialogues for the National Award winning film ‘Queen’. But with ‘Simran’, the multitalented celebrity Bollywood actress seems to have taken her passion for writing a step ahead. Hansal Mehta directed ‘Simran’ features Kangana as a Gujarati housekeeping staff member by the name of Praful Patel. Major portion of the film has been shot in the US and ‘Simran’ may hit the screens in the latter half of the year.
