Honey Singh and Shah Rukh Khan shared an amazing camaraderie during the making of Bollywood song ‘Lungi Dance’ for ‘Chennai Express’. But then that was that. Post the filming of the song and release of the Bollywood film, rumours were rife about a fallout between the two, with news coming out stating Shah Rukh also slapped Honey Singh.
While the popular Bollywood and Punjabi rapper disappeared for a long time, only to resurface after more than a year, he opens up about the slapping controversy. Honey sings, “It is nothing like that, I have very good relations with him (SRK). In fact, I recently met Shah Rukh after almost a year, at an awards function.”
When asked about his conspicuous disappearances, Honey Singh adds, “I had disappeared for almost 18 months. It was a very important phase of my life. It is a long story and I will soon speak about it,” hinting to give enough fodder to his Bollywood fans to munch on.
