Bollywood’s popular comedian Razzak Khan passes away due to cardiac arrest

Bollywood and his fans are in shock as comedian Razzak Khan, who acted in films like ‘Hello Brother’, ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3’ is dead; cardiac arrest being the killer

Razzak Khan breathed his last today at 12:30 am following a massive heart attack. After suffering from the cardiac arrest, Razzak Khan was rushed to the Holy Family Hospital but the doctors declared him dead on arrival. Razzak Khan’s family is waiting for the arrival of his son Assad Khan, who is in Croatia at the moment. Khan’s funeral will be held at the Narialwadi Kabrastan in Byculla after his son arrives.

Razzak Khan, who passed away today, made his Bollywood debut in 1993 with ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’. Razzak was known for his numerous comic characters in films like Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Baadshah’ and Salman Khan starrer ‘Hello Brother’. Razzak Khan’s list of filmography also includes ‘Partner’, ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3’ among many others. His last silver screen outing was ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3’, which released earlier this year. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta remembered Razzak Khan in a Twitter post as he wrote, “Sad to hear about passing away of Razzak Khan. His finest performance in ‘Dubai Return’ with Irrfan Khan, unfortunately remains in the cans.”
