Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s costume drama continues to trouble them. Akki and Twinkle have been slapped with a legal notice for auctioning the naval officer’s ‘uniform’ which Khiladi Kumar wore in the 2016 release ‘Rustom’. Akshay-Twinkle and auction house SaltScout, which had facilitated the whole exercise, have been served a legal notice from 21 people, including seven retired officers and 11 serving officers, state reports. The controversy began when Lt Col Sandeep Ahlawat objected to the auction of the ‘uniform’, mentioning that what Akshay wore in the film was a ‘costume’ and not a ‘uniform’. Earlier, Akshay had commented on the auctioning controversy stating that he supports his wife’s “good intentions”.
