A year ago Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had confessed that the time has come to join the bandwagon of social media and the ‘Devdas’ star is now ready to explore the digital space. Aishwarya Rai Bachcha will debut on photo sharing site, Instagram, on May 11, a day before she walks the red carpet at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2018.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has always been a private person and her presence on the social media platform is her effort to connect with her fans. A source close to the actress reveals, “Aishwarya Rai Bachchan enjoys a huge fan base on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. It’s due to constant request from her well-wishers, admirers and fans from all around the globe that she opted to have an official handle on Instagram. She will keep her fans updated with her life, projects through her Instagram posts.” On the work front, Aishwarya will be seen in ‘Fanne Khan’ opposite Anil Kapoor along with Rajkummar Rao in a pivotal role.
