Preaching good health, Akshay Kumar dishes out diet tips to remain healthy

Akshay Kumar is a stickler for time and maintains a strict regime to stay fit at all times as well. Being an early riser, the Bollywood actor maintains a fixed time for work, to hit the bed early and keeps Sundays work-free. Sharing a piece of advice with fans, Akshay Kumar says, “For good health, one should not eat after 6:30 in the evening. This helps in keeping all sorts of diseases at an arm’s length. And eating only one meal a day will be very beneficial for our country as well as for our health.” Akshay has recently returned to Mumbai from Malaysia, after shooting for ‘Naam Shabana’ there along with Taapsee Pannu.
