Since Neeraj Pandey became inundated with other projects, he could not start the work on Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Crack’, thus postponing the Bollywood film by almost a year!
Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey, with great enthusiasm in the middle of the year, announced their next Bollywood film ‘Crack’ with a poster. Celebs and cinema stars Akki and director Neeraj Pandey even fixed the release date of ‘Crack’ as Independence Day 2017. However, a crack seems to have appeared in their big plans as the film might be postponed! According to trade buzz, Neeraj Pandey is yet to start work on the ‘Crack’ script as his home production and Shivam Nair directed project ‘Naam Shabana’, and Shree Narayan Singh’s ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’, have kept him busy. While the critically acclaimed filmmaker Neeraj Pandey and celebrity Bollywood star Akshay Kumar have loved the idea of the project titled ‘Crack’, the script for the film is yet to be written. Neeraj Pandey will apparently start writing the script for ‘Crack’ in March 2017, and in all likelihood, the team will come together for the shoot of the Bollywood film only in 2018, thus postponing it by almost a year!
