Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor’s fashion label Rheson has been acknowledged and awarded for not using leather in their range of handbags. The Kapoor sisters are presented with the Compassionate Business Award by PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) India for the use of non-leather products to manufacture their handbags. This is Sonam Kapoor’s second tryst with PETA. Last year, the ‘Khoobsurat’ actress was crowned PETA’s Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity. Sonam and Rhea launched Rheson last month. Their designer collection of clothes and bags aims to be quirky and pocket-friendly. Interestingly, the title for the fashion label Rheson is derived from the first three letters of both the celeb sisters own names. On the professional front, Sonam will soon begin shooting for Rhea’s film ‘Veere Di Wedding’, which also features Kareena Kapoor Khan.
