Kangana Ranaut made a striking appearance in Varanasi yesterday as she unveiled a 20-feet-long poster of her upcoming film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. The celebrity Bollywood actress also performed the Ganga aarti with the team of ‘Manikarnika’ at the Dashashwamedh Ghat. Kangana is set to play a fierce warrior on the silver screen but it seems that this Bollywood outing will be at war at the Box Office too. ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is set to hit the screens after a year, on April 27, 2018. Releasing on the same day is Tiger Shroff’s action-packed sequel ‘Baaghi 2’, which will be shot extensively in foreign locations. Since both the films’ makers have tentatively decided the release date of April 27 next year, ‘Manikarnika’ and ‘Baaghi 2’ will clash at the Box Office as of now. However, Kangana is very hopeful with her lady warrior project, which will be directed by Radhakrishna, who is popularly known as Krish.
