Varun Dhawan completed the shooting of Shoojit Sircar’s ‘October’ yesterday. The last day of the shoot took place at the hill station Manali. The team managed to complete the shooting of ‘October’ in just 38 days, winding-up the schedule much in advance than expected. A slice-of-life film, ‘October’ is Varun’s first collaboration with Shoojit Sircar, who has to his credit films like ‘Vicky Donor’, ‘Pink’ (writer) and ‘Piku’ amongst many others. Set in Delhi, ‘October’ is reportedly inspired from Hollywood film ‘Her’ wherein the lead man falls for an intelligent computer generated system which uses female’s voice to interact with humans. Debutante Banita Sandhu will romance Varun Dhawan in this film which is set to hit the screens on April 13, 2018.
