Taapsee Pannu is on the seventh heaven, having got to share the screen space with legendary star Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Pink’. “The fact that I got to share screen space with him so early in my career, it was totally a fun experience,” says an elated Taapsee Pannu. Taapsee’s role in ‘Pink’ is starkly different from her previous bubbly roles like those in ‘Chashme Baddoor’ and ‘Baby’. “My character in ‘Pink’ is very close to a Delhi girl. Doing this film was easy because I am from Delhi and have stayed there before coming to Mumbai. But at the same time it was difficult too as it has taken off a piece of my heart and it is always going to be there,” says Taapsee. ‘Pink’ is a thriller set in Delhi with Amitabh Bachchan playing a lawyer. The film is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and will release on September 16.
