Sonam Kapoor’s marriage to long time beau Anand Ahuja is a much talked about affair, except for the ‘bride’ acknowledging the wedding. “In my 10 years long career, I have never spoken about my personal life,” Sonam excuses herself when asked about her wedding plans. The ‘Neerja’ actress goes on to add that she has a busy year ahead, leaving little time for the impending marriage. “I have ‘PadMan’ coming up and then there is ‘Veere Di Wedding’ which will release in May this year. And then there’s Dutt biopic too. Amidst all this, I will begin shooting for Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s next, which will be in February this year. So where do I have time for anything else?” quips Sonam.
And while the bride-to-be continues to dodge wedding questions, rumours are rife that Sonam Kapoor will tie the knot with Anand Ahuja with a palatial marriage taking place in Jodhpur in the month of April. Sonam and Anand have been in a relationship since the past two years and their social media accounts are flooded with pictures of each other, holidaying, partying and attending family get-togethers. Anand was also present in Delhi when his ladylove received the prestigious National Award for ‘Neerja’ last year and has been a constant face at many Kapoor family celebrations. Sonam and Anand recently rang in the New Year together in Paris.
