Sidharth Malhotra’s ‘Aiyaary’ will finally release on February 9, after giving its original release date of January 26 to ‘Padmaavat’. The film, based on military intelligence, was recently viewed by the Ministry of Defence in India, which reportedly suggested some changes to be made in the project. Reacting to the same, lead actor Sidharth Malhotra informs, “Our producers are working on the process and I have full faith that they will handle this issue. The film will finally release on February 9.” ‘Aiyaary’ will now clash with Akshay Kumar’s ‘PadMan’, which also shifted its release date to accommodate Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period project ‘Padmaavat’.
