Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar paired up for a second time for ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ (‘SMS’) and have turned out second time lucky too, collecting Rs 33.92 crore in 12 days at the Box Office. Director RS Prasanna is aspiring to tell yet another important story with a sequel to ‘SMS’. “There is a definite possibility to come up with a sequel to ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’! I have already narrated a story to Aanandji (producer Aanand L Rai). According to me it is a very interesting one. We have received a positive feedback from the audiences for ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’. They loved Ayush and Bhumi so much that I think a sequel will happen! Although I can’t commit on the time frame as to when the next film will take place at this juncture,” said Prasanna at the film’s success launch.
