A big clash is awaited tomorrow as Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ will release alongside Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’. While positive word of mouth has started pouring in for ‘Kaabil’ from the many reviews and special screenings for celebrities, Bollywood’s Badshah is very confident about the Box Office collections for his ‘Raees’. “When the audience makes you a star, they definitely have high expectations. I am not nervous. ‘Raees’ is a bit different. It has its own substance and popular masala. ‘Raees’ is a new kind of film and hopefully everyone will like it. The response of advance booking has been very good. So I feel that the film will do decent,” says SRK, even though he looked a bit jittery before the Wednesday release. To take advantage of the Republic Day, ‘Raees’ and Kaabil’ will open to morning shows on January 25, which is a Wednesday, instead of the regular Friday release.

Produced jointly by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Gauri Khan under their banners Excel Entertainment and Red
Chillies Entertainment, ‘Raees’ is directed by Rahul Dholakia. ‘Raees’ features Pakistani celebrity Mahira Khan opposite Shah Rukh Khan, as Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of Superintendent of Police. The Bollywood film is easily expected to touch Rs 100 crore on the Box Office in the first few days.
