Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon’s time travel to the past seems to have spelled disaster at the Bollywood Box Office. The film opened to Rs 4.61 crore on Friday and went on to earn Rs 4.25 crore on Saturday and another Rs 4.25 crore on Sunday. After a massive hit like ‘Dhoni – The Untold Story’, the failure of ‘Raabta’ has come down heavily on Sushant Singh Rajput’s career as well as on the first-time director Dinesh Vijan. Monday saw a huge drop after the weekend collecting just Rs 1.75 crore. Made at an approximate budget of over Rs 30 crores, the total Box Office collection of ‘Raabta’ is Rs. 14.86 crore at the end of four days. ‘Behen Hogi Teri’, which released on the same day as ‘Raabta’, ie, on June 9, too had a tough time at the Box Office. This Rajkummar Rao and Shruti Haasan’s love story collected a meagre Rs 1.30 crore in the first four days of its release.
