Kapil Sharma hospitalised; cancels shoot

After feeling uneasiness, Kapil Sharma was rushed to a hospital in Andheri and shoot of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ was cancelled

Kapil Sharma was hospitalised last night after he complained of uneasiness on the sets of his TV show. The stand-up comedian was rushed to a hospital in Andheri from Film City studios in suburban Mumbai, where he was to shoot for ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Kapil was to host the team of Bollywood film ‘Atithi Iin London’ comprising Paresh Rawal, Tanvi Azmi, Kartik Aryan, Kriti Kharbanda and Raghav Sachar. He arrived on the sets of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to rehearse and shoot the episode but reportedly soon complained of uneasiness after which he was hospitalised. Since Kapil was advised to stay admitted for further observation, the shoot of his TV show was cancelled. His condition is reportedly stable but there is no news till when Kapil will have to stay admitted in the hospital.

Kapil Sharma is scheduled to receive the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Award today but his health may just play spoilsport. The ace comedian received the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Award back in 2014 too, but Kapil Sharma had arrived very late at the ceremony and reportedly collected his award from a stage co-ordinator.
