Bollywood actor Kader Khan has shifted base to Canada after ill health, but is recuperating well even as the celeb and cinema star is said to be wheelchair-bound
Kader Khan hit the headlines today again after a few reports stated that the celeb and cinema actor had been rushed to Canada post his knee surgery went wrong. However, a clarification has been given by Fauzia Arshi, who had directed veteran Bollywood actor Kader Khan last in 2015 release ‘Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi’. “He (Kader Khan) has been in Canada since three to four months. He is alright. He is in Canada because his elder son stays there, so he is with him. There’s nothing like he was rushed to Canada or anything of that nature. Everything is fine,” the filmmaker was quoted in a report by IANS.
Earlier in the morning, a report stated that Kader Khan was wheelchair-bound and was travelling to Canada to avail medical facilities there and be on his feet again. The said report on Spotboye.com also quoted veteran actor Shakti Kapoor, saying, “Kader Khan is now on a wheelchair. It’s so, so sad to be talking about this and I am trying to reach him since the past few days, but I am not able to get his number. I hope to have it in the next 2-3 days. Kader Khan had a knee problem. He got operated but the operation went wrong.”
Kader Khan made a public appearance at the trailer launch of ‘Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi’ in 2015, but since then the 79-year-old actor has not been spotted in public, as he has shifted base to Canada because of ill health. Last year, Kader Khan was a victim of death hoax.
