John Abraham looks drool worthy in the first look of ‘Rocky Handsome’, and he keeps impressing his fans with an amazing physique in all his films. The actor recently revealed that he follows a strict lifestyle to maintain that envious frame, “My habits are very healthy. I sleep by 9:30 and up by 4:30. I don’t smoke, drink and have never done drugs in my life. Such a lifestyle and healthy habits are necessary.” The actor who sweats it out at the gym adds that there should be no cheat days! John says, “At times people say that a cheat day is necessary, but I don’t think I have had a cheat day in about nine or ten years till now. I am very disciplined.”
