How Tiger ‘Rambo’ Shroff plans to pay tribute to Sylvester Stallone
Tiger Shroff says that ‘Rambo’ is not a replacement job, rather his tribute to Sylvester Stallone who played the lead in the Hollywood film on which the Bollywood remake is based
Tiger Shroff will step in to Sylvester Stallone’s shoes for ‘Rambo’ remake. Speaking about the tough role the actor says, “I am sure that the preparations for ‘Rambo’ will be exhausting, physically and mentally, especially as expectations are high because it was a cult action film. I don’t want to replace Sylvester, rather this is my tribute to him.” Apart from acting in a Hollywood remake, celebrity kid Tiger Shroff has no plans to step into the world of global cinema as of now. “Right now I am happy with my line-up of upcoming Bollywood films. I wouldn’t mind Hollywood but it is definitely a long way to go,” added Tiger.
‘Rambo’s’ Hindi remake will be directed by Siddharth Anand and the team plans to shoot start shooting next year. Tiger right now has a busy schedule, with promotions of ‘Munna Michael’ going on, after which he will begin shooting for ‘Baaghi 2’ followed by Karan Johar’s ‘Student of The Year 2’. As the team of ‘Rambo’ will begin with principal shooting early next year, the plans are to release the film in 2018.
