Without naming him, Kangana Ranaut relates death threats to Deepika Padukone to Hrithik Roshan by saying even she was threatened with dire consequences
Kangana Ranaut surely knows how to play with words. Recently when the actress was asked about the death threat given to ‘Padmavati’ actress Deepika Padukone, Kangana managed to link Hrithik Roshan to the entire controversy, although without naming the star. The ‘Queen’ starlet says, “Threats are wrong, I condemn it. But one should not be surprised. When my sister was in school, a fellow student threw acid on her. In my professional bandwidth too, a superstar tried to put me in jail. So this is very common and keeps happening in our society. We can talk to individuals who are wrong, but we need to rather attack their mindset. We can even bring the awareness through films.” After so much in-fighting and constant controversies, the actress feels that the need of the hour is to support each other. Calling out to back each other in the entertainment industry, Kangana adds, “We all need to stick together and do whatever we can in our capacity to support our colleagues for whatever is happening around us.”
