Latest trade reports coming out suggest that production house Eros International has decided to opt out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming Bollywood movie, ‘Padmavati’. Rumours are rife that Eros may have decided to drop ‘Padmavati’ owing to their recent flops at the Bollywood Box Office. Viacom 18 is the second producer in this ambitious project of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which has expensive celebs and cinema stars like Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. While all the three celebs will be paid a hefty fee, it remains to be seen how SLB will save his cinema, rumoured to be pegged at a staggering Rs 140 crore. Not just Eros International, even Ekta Kapoor’s production house Balaji Motion Pictures has backed out of Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Veerey Di Wedding’ in the past.
