Ekta Kapoor turned 41 today and she is off to spend her birthday in a rather spiritual manner. The celeb of cinema world and even TV Czarina is on a divine calling in Tirupati. While also the movie producer does ‘darshan’ at the very famous Tirupati Balaji temple, Ekta Kapoor has some major projects coming up on the small screen as well as in Bollywood. Ekta seems to be making some bold moves with all her projects, and by praying to God she is making sure in the run that all of them go on to become huge hits.
First off, her production house Balaji Motion Pictures is ready with the much controversial ‘Udta Punjab’, which is in trouble with the Censor Board over its title. Furthermore, Ekta Kapoor’s production house Balaji Telefilms is venturing into spiritual folklore with Mona Singh starrer ‘Kawach – Kaali Shaktiyon Se’. This TV programme will show evil spirits on the small screen, replacing Ekta Kapoor’s another popular show on Colors TV, ‘Naagin’. With so much at hand running parallel, ‘Tirupati Balaji ke darshan to bante hain, boss!’
