Dimpy Ganguly, who was one married to Rahul Mahajan, seems to be enjoying her second marriage. The ex-Bigg Boss contestant tied the knot with Dubai based businessman Rohit Roy (not to be confused with TV actor) in 2015 and the couple is now expecting their first child.
The reality TV star shared the news about her baby on Instagram, as she flaunted her baby bump in an image, kissing husband Rohit Roy. Pregnant Dimpy Ganguly also wrote a love-filled note to Rohit Roy for his presence in her life, “A year back, on this very day, we decided to be a part of each other’s life for the rest of our lives. I can’t believe how time flies! It feels like it was only yesterday that I thought I had lost everything when you came along to hold my hand and gave me everything that I had ever hoped for, and so much more. I thank God every day for sending you to me – my guardian angel, my lucky charm, my best friend. But today I want to thank you, thank you for being you! I can’t tell you how happy you make me, Rohit Roy! Love you infinity times infinity, and yes, Happy One Year, baby!” Back in May, Dimpy had shared some special moments from their low-key wedding on Instagram.
Dimpy Ganguly and Rahul Mahajan were the first couple to marry on an Indian TV reality show. Celebs of the TV world, the duo tied the knot on ‘Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega’ TV programme in 2010. Dimpy had soon alleged that Rahul had punched and kicked her alleging domestic abuse and his violent behaviour. Amidst rumours of a rocky relationship, Rahul Mahajan and Dimpy Ganguly participated in several reality shows like ‘Bigg Boss’ and ‘Nach Baliye’ together, but eventually filed for divorce by mutual consent in 2014.
