It means so much.” Adding drama to the act was Amitabh Bachchan, who maintained an unperturbed expression throughout the event. News has spread like wildfire that Ash referred to Amitabh Bachchan’s alleged one-time love, Rekha as ‘Maa’ (mother), while there is a huge possibility of Aishwarya referring to the veteran actress as ma’am, as we quoted Ash earlier.
While rumour mills may continue to thrive on the possible misconception, Rekha and Jaya Bachchan have maintained cordial terms. The two yesteryear actresses hugged and greeted each other at another award function held earlier this year.
