With the release of ‘Udta Punjab’ last week, Bollywood box office recorded some impressive figures. There are almost half a dozen Bollywood films releasing this week – ‘7 Hours To Go’, ‘A Scandall’, ‘Junooniyat’, ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, ‘Dil Toh Deewana Hai’ as well as one Hollywood film, ‘Independence Day: Resurgence’. However, according to trade buzz, it will be a dull week at the box office as none of these films is expected to make a huge impact. Speculations are rife that ‘Udta Punjab’ will continue to rule the Bollywood box office till next week, when Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ will make an entry. Despite all the negative publicity that Salman Khan has been garnering with his rape comment, expectations are that ‘Sultan’ will bring in big monies at the box office and end the dry spell.
