Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli starrer ‘Rock On 2’ is all set to release today. However, Arjun Rampal is worried about the footfalls in the theatres, owing to the sudden announcement to discontinue the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes. “There will be a bit of inconvenience, but that is the situation now. The good thing is that this is a step to curb black money. People will hopefully withdraw money from the banks and watch ‘Rock On 2’ with brand new Rs 2000 currency notes,” says Rampal. A special screening of the film was held recently and everyone has been lauding the musical. “Our family and industry friends have liked the film. People have said that ‘Rock On 2’ was a complete different film compared to Rock On!!. So there was a bit of pressure,” adds Arjun Rampal. ‘Rock On 2’ is a sequel to the 2008 hit ‘Rock On!!’.
