Rohit Shetty, one of the best action directors of the current lot, has long been planning a film with Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar, Akshay. The duo has reportedly managed only a couple of meetings and signing on the dotted line is yet to be done. Reports suggest that Rohit Shetty is keen on directing Akshay Kumar but there is a long time to hit the floors. The action star is apparently busy with a whole lot of commitments before he can even think about taking up any colourful drama which Rohit might be contemplating to make next. Akki is currently working on period drama ‘Kesari’. His future line-up of films also includes Karan Johar’s ‘Good News’, comedy franchise ‘Housefull 4’, ‘Mission Mangal’ and ‘Crack’. With five simultaneous films in the pipeline, only thing Rohit can do to get Akshay on board is to wait.
