Aishwarya Rai Bachchan fell victim to Internet death hoax over the weekend, as rumours of the Bollywood actress committing suicide emerged. The celeb and cinema star soon started trending on various social media platforms after her death rumours. Some suggested that Ash took the drastic step to commit suicide after the Bachchan family was enraged over her intimate scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. However, none of this was true as a hale and hearty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stepped out with hubby Abhishek Bachchan to ring in Manish Malhotra’s 50th birthday. Thus, Ash gave befitting reply about her death to the rumour mongers. To attend the party, Aishwarya Rai carried a big gift for her favourite fashion designer, Manish Malhotra’s bash at his residence in Pali Hill, Mumbai. Abhi-Ash even posed for the paparazzi with birthday boy Manish Malhotra.

With no sign of a suicide attempt or accidental death, Aishwarya Rai partied the night away with other celebs and cinema world stars like Sridevi and Karan Johar. Despite so much hullabaloo over Aishwarya Rai being dead, nobody from the Bachchan family, nor even the lady himself, Ash, came out in the open to clarify. The Bollywood family rather let its action do the talking.
