Aditya Roy Kapur feels OK Jaanu and OK Kanmani comparisons inevitable
Since ‘OK Jaanu’ is officially remade from ‘OK Kanmani’, the Bollywood film’s hero Aditya Roy Kapur feels that the comparisons are not just inevitable but are also bound to happen!
Celebs and cinema stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor have been about town promoting their upcoming Bollywood film ‘OK Jaanu’, which is a remake of the Southern hit ‘OK Kanmani’. While a lot of comparisons are being drawn by the fans of the Tamil romantic film, Aditya feels confident about his product. “We have got a lot of confidence because the original film was much appreciated. People had loved ‘OK Kanmani’ so they will naturally compare. But we just hope that we meet our own expectations with ‘OK Jaanu’. There is obviously responsibility and a feeling of nervousness, but that happens every time you begin a new film,” says Aditya. ‘OK Jaanu’ explores a live-in relationship and is directed by Shaad Ali. The film releases on Friday the 13th.
