Adhuna gets custody of kids after divorce from Farhan Akhtar
Family court in Bandra grants Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani divorce and the custody of both kids to the mother. Allows Farhan to visit and have access to both the kids, Shakya and Akira, anytime
Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani’s divorce news shocked everyone in the entertainment industry. Since celebs and cinema stars decided to go the separate ways, Farhan and Adhuna filed for divorce last year. After this, they attended a few counselling sessions in the six-month-long interim period, but to no avail. The final divorce proceedings took place yesterday, putting an end to their 16 years long married life. Farhan and Adhuna were granted divorce by the family court in Bandra, Mumbai. According to the proceedings, it was a divorce by mutual consent. The custody of their two kids, Shakya and Akira, was given to Adhuna while Farhan has been given the access to visit them anytime he feels like.
Despite parting ways in personal life, Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani have maintained a cordial relationship. Farhan was spotted visiting Adhuna’s famous salon for hair-cuts a couple of times. On the other hand, Adhuna was snapped lending a helping hand to Farhan’s mother Honey Irani at one of the events.
