After Salman Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ tanked at the Box Office in June this year, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ followed suit in August. Instilling confidence in them and sharing a word of inspiration, the third big Khan of Bollywood, Aamir Khan said, “I think every creative person goes through ups and downs in their life. All of us try to do good work and please the audience. At times we are successful and at times we are not. But we should not get fazed by that rather continue to do what we believe in.” Aamir Khan even went on to comment that the Khans are not the only biggies in the diaspora of the Indian entertainment industry. “Our Hindi film industry has a lot of talented and popular stars, it is not just the three of us. Akshay Kumar for instance is really doing well with his recent release (‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’). Even though we are all trying to do good work, at times it doesn’t work, so that should not reflect on the immediate stardom of the person,” added Aamir. And while SRK and Salman have delivered duds, Aamir Khan is gearing up for a big war drama, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’, which will release during his lucky time of Christmas.
