The Censor Board for Film Certification (CBFC) allowed all the intimate kisses and lip-locks that Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor indulged in in ‘Befikre’. But that was for the silver screen only. For the television audience, the song ‘Labon Ka Kaarobaar’ has been completely chopped off. This ‘Befikre’ number shows many couples of various ages kissing while the opening credits roll on. Hence, to make it suitable for the family audience who could watch the Bollywood film during anytime of the day, the many smooches in ‘Befikre’ have been censored on TV. The satellite rights of ‘Befikre’ have earned the makers a whopping deal worth between Rs 50 and 60 crore. At the Bollywood Box Office, ‘Befikre’ has been going steady, having managed to collect Rs 46.24 crore in its first week. Apart from celebs and cinema stars Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, ‘Befikre’ was also in news for Yash Raj Films’ Aditya Chopra, who returned to direction after eight long years. ‘Befikre’ released on December 9.
