Chitrangada Singh last graced the silver screen with a scintillating item song in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gabbar Is Back’ in 2015. Two years later, the Bollywood actress has now bagged a major role in Nikkhil Advani-produced ‘Baazaar’. Chitrangada Singh will play Saif Ali Khan’s wife Mandira in this thriller, based on the stock market. Chitrangada will portray a powerful character while Saif Ali Khan plays a businessman, with Radhika Apte by his side as his secretary. ‘Baazaar’ is being directed by Gauravv K Chawla and will mark the debut of Rohan Mehra, son of yesteryear actor Vinod Mehra. The shoot of ‘Baazaar’, teeming with celebs and cinema stars, has commenced and is expected to end by August. The film is scheduled to release in December this year.
