In all likelihood, Kareena Kapoor will now only do one film a year to spend more time with Taimur, a very important career decision at this stage of her life
Kareena Kapoor Khan wants to be a hands-on mom and buzz suggests that the cinema actress and celeb mommy is planning to do only one film a year! This comes as a very major and important decision in her Bollywood career. Kareena gave birth to Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi last year in December. Apparently, the newbie celebrity mother wants to spend as much time with her toddler as possible and hence she will be choosy about her future projects. After she was seen in ‘Ki & Ka’ last year, the actress has not confirmed any new project and is taking care of Taimur as much as possible. Kareena had earlier signed on the dotted line for Rhea Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’, co-starring Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar. The actress will begin shooting for the same from September. Apart from just this one film, Bebo is rumoured to work in a romantic film with director-producer Karan Johar, and is also in talks with Omung Kumar for a biopic. But no official announcements have been made either by Kareena or by any filmmakers.
Post the birth of Taimur, Kareena Kapoor was quick to hit a strict fitness regime and indulged in Yoga, pilates and gym workouts to gradually lose all the pregnancy weight and lead a disciplined life. While she is not shooting for any movie at the moment, Kareena continues to shoot for her various brand endorsements. Bebo recently stepped out with Taimur to attend Tusshar Kapoor’s son Laksshya Kapoor’s first birthday.
