Shahid Kapoor looks every bit royal as Maharawal Ratan Singh in ‘Padmavati’ and the actor has received a tremendous response from the entertainment industry as well. “We are proud of ‘Padmavati’. It is going to be a very special cinematic experience. The whole fraternity has come together to support this film as they feel that it is indeed something very beautiful. The visuals are larger than life, the film speaks for itself and we are all very excited,” says Shahid. Despite rave reviews and encouragement from the celebs and cinema stars, ‘Padmavati’ has faced a lot of controversy and opposition before its release on December 1. “I have always maintained that the film should be given a chance, and one should not have preconceived notions,” adds Shahid, who is very confident that ‘Padmavati’ will garner a positive response.
