Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli got married today in a private ceremony at Tuscany in Italy. The couple will soon fly back to India and will host a reception in Delhi on December 21 and another bash in Mumbai on December 26. Once done with the post-wedding rituals, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will travel out of India for their first trip as husband and wife, on a honeymoon.
Anushka and Virat will leave for South Africa in the last week of December where Virat will prepare for his upcoming series and this trip can also be termed as their mini-honeymoon! Anushka will spend New Year’s Eve with Virat, their first as a married couple. Post this mini-vacation, a hectic schedule will keep the newlyweds busy and it could be difficult for the celebs to spend the time together!
As soon as their honeymoon is over, Anushka will begin with the next schedule of Aanand L Rai’s dwarf film with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai. The first week of January will see her shooting for the film. She will later get busy with the promotions of ‘Pari’ and will commence shooting for another film, ‘Sui Dhaaga’, in February. At the same time, Virat will begin his cricket matches against South Africa, which will be in January and February. Being in two separate countries for respective work, Virat and Anushka may have to stay apart for a long time, hence they seem to have opted for a quick and mini-honeymoon after destination wedding.
