After many days and months of speculations, Karan Johar has finally revealed who would lift the ‘Student of The Year 2’ (SOTY2’) trophy. Tiger Shroff is finalised to be on board for ‘Student of The Year 2’, the first franchise of which had Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra as male leads. Released in 2012, ‘Student of The Year’ was a big debut platform for Varun and Sidharth along with Alia Bhatt, all of who have gone on become A-list celebs and cinema world stars.
Karan Johar, who is currently busy with his another Bollywood movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Dream Team 2016 show abroad, released the big news saying, “It’s official. Directed by Punit Malhotra, ‘Student of The Year 2’ will be with Tiger Shroff.” The first part in the franchise was directed by Karan Johar himself. As Tiger Shroff prepares for his character, the rest of the cast for ‘Student of The Year 2’, which is a sequel to ‘Student of The Year’, is yet to be finalised. Tiger Shroff is currently busy promoting ‘A Flying Jatt’, after which he will start with ‘Student of The Year 2’.
