Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu became proud parents to a baby girl. An elated Kunal shared the news on Twitter, “We are over the moon to share that we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl on this auspicious day.” In a fairytale-styled engagement, Kunal proposed to Soha with a ring in Paris in 2014. The couple tied the knot in 2015 and earlier this year announced their “joint production” of welcoming a baby home. Recently, sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan along with sister Karisma Kapoor had attended a cute baby shower of Soha Ali Khan, which saw the presence of many other close family and friends. Members of the Pataudi family, Sharmila Tagore, Soha, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are joyous and celebrating the newborn’s arrival but yet to give an official statement. Congratulations from many celebs and cinema stars are in the order.
A newly turned mother, Soha Ali Khan will also focus on her soon-to-release book ‘The Perils of being moderately famous’ in-between taking care of her child. The release of the book by this mother-cum-author is three months away from now, as it is scheduled to hit the shelf in December 2017. By then Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu’s newborn daughter will also be a bit stable.
